Who can fly a tandem ?
Tandem flying is accessible to adults and children (if they express interest), from 20 to 100 kg (45 to 220 lb), to all level skiers – even to beginners, to advanced level snowboarders and to pedestrians (under certain conditions, contact us). If you are in a group, we’ll do our best to arrange simultaneous flights. A parental authorization is required for minors.
How does a tandem paragliding flight work ?
Smoothly ! 😉 Our meeting point is at the top of Solaise gondola, with the launch platform just below. The instructor prepares the wing, equips you and then you simply slide down the slope while standing up. That’s it, you’re flying ! During the flight, comfortably seated in the harness, all you have to do is enjoy. Whether it’s a contemplative flight, educational piloting or thrilling maneuvers, we tailor the flight to the passenger and the day’s conditions. The landing takes place at the foot of the Face Olympique de Bellevarde. To land, all you need to do is stand and slide a few meters to reach the ground gently.
When can I fly a paragliding tandem ?
Our activity is highly weather-dependent and conditions can change quickly in the mountains. We are present in the resort throughout the season and offer flights whenever conditions allow.
Where to find us ?
The meeting point is located at the top of Solaise gondola, below the rescue station. For flights from Bellevarde, we’ll meet at the base of Solaise and Olympique ski lifts.
How should I dress for the flight?
As if you were skiing : warm clothes, sunglasses or goggles, your skis or your snowboard, and your brightest smile. Poles are not necessary but we can bring them in flight if they have a leash. Also, we can only bring small bags (10 liters maximum).
How much does it cost ?
You will find the prices on the dedicated page. Prices do not include the ski pass. Payment is done after the flight, by check or by cash.
